Step 1
We will agree a brief with you. You may wish us simply to ascertain facts for your Board or management team to use in deciding how to deal with the situation.
You may direct us to go further, for example to include specific recommendations, or suggestions for remedial action to prevent a similar occurrence in the future.
Professional fees are negotiable depending on the circumstances of each case. They will be influenced by length, complexity, urgency and location.
Step 2
You provide a director, trustee or other senior individual as a point of contact.
You agree practical arrangements with the investigator, including where various aspects of the investigation shall take place.
Step 3
SpiroNicholson conducts the investigation, including examining documentation and communications, and conducting interviews.
Step 4
The investigator reports in the agreed manner, with recommendations if requested.
