Phil Radcliff
Phil Radcliff specialises in supporting senior teams and individuals in the management of change. His international career has largely been in the engineering, food and drink industries, predominantly in organisation development roles. This culminated in the management of a series of mergers towards the formation of Diageo, and a period as HR Director of United Distillers and Vintners.
Phil then established a network of specialist consultants to support major businesses and the voluntary sector. He focusses on the coaching of senior management and the facilitation of top teams managing organisational change.
