We acted as mediators for a Professional Body in order to address a break-down in the relationship between a head office manager and an employee in a regional office.
Each employee discussed the issues separately with the mediator who brought them together to express how they felt and develop a better understanding of each other’s perspective. In addition to clearing the air, a modus operandi was agreed and immediately put into action.
