We have undertaken several assignments in both the NHS and the private healthcare sector.
• Facilitating change in the operating suite of a busy district hospital following the police investigation of an 'untoward incident'. We made recommendations about roles, responsibilities and reporting lines in order to reduce the risk of recurrence, while also providing mentoring and support.

• Coaching of specialist as she took over a role in which her former colleagues reported to her.
